Joel Cardoso is the new Mister Atol Das Rocas. He'll compete at The 2012 Mister Brazil Pageant to be held in Portobelo Resort & Safari, Mangaratiba, Rio de Janeiro on September 22. Joel is a model at Elite Model Look Brasil and stands 1.85m.
